摘要
提出了一种流动注射在线萃取 -有机相 ICP- AES法测定矿石中痕量金的分析方法 ,研究了流动注射在线萃取与 ICP- AES法的联用技术 ,设计了在线萃取流路 ,优化了各项化学条件及流路参数。该方法操作简便、快速 ,检出限为 0 .0 0 1 μg/m L,相对标准偏差 ( RSD)为 3.4%。应用于矿石中痕量金的分析 ,获得满意的结果。
A method for the determination of trace gold in ore by flow injection online extractionICPAES was developed.The manifold and operating program for online extraction are designed.Manifold parameters and chemical conditions are investigated.This method is simple and rapid.The detection limit and relative standard deviation of the method is 0.001μg/mL and 3.4%,respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of trace gold in ore with satisfactory results.
