摘要
介绍了火焰-原子荧光光谱仪测定微量金的方法,研究了灯电流、光电倍增管负高压、燃气和辅助气流量、光源所激发原子化器上火焰位置与干扰的关系等对测定结果的影响,找出了测定微量金的最佳条件。该方法具有操作简便快速、基体干扰少、灵敏度高等优点,其最低检出限为0.000 2μg/mL,测定结果令人满意。
The paper introduces the detection method of trace gold with flame atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The influences of lamp electric current,photomultiplier tube negative high voltage,fuel gas and complementary gas flow,atomization flame excited by luminous source on gold measuring are researched.And then,the optimal detecting conditions for trace gold are determined.The method has the advantages of convenience,fastness,less disturbance and high sensitivity.Its detection limit is 0.000 2 μg/mL and the detecting results are satisfactory.
