珠海隧道超大直径泥水盾构针对性设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决珠海隧道工程中存在的高水压进舱作业、长距离基岩凸起段掘进、浅覆土软弱地层压力控制、刀盘结泥饼等施工难题,提出针对性设计方案。采用常压换刀刀盘及可更换刀具设计,提高高水压环境下的换刀作业安全性及换刀效率;采用主驱动具备伸缩功能的设计,方便常压刀盘在硬岩地层中滚刀更换;采用泥水舱和气垫舱底部设置多道冲刷喷口及破碎机搅动设计,降低盾构堵舱滞排的风险;采用气垫式泥水平衡盾构的设计,降低地表击穿或沉降的风险;采用单独的增压泵对刀盘进行大流量冲刷,减小刀盘结泥饼的概率。所采用的针对性设计在珠海隧道的施工过程中取得了良好的应用效果,明显提升了盾构地质适应性和施工安全性。 To conduct chamber-entering and operating under high water pressure,tunnel in long-distance bedrock bulge section,control pressure of shallow-covered soft and weak strata,and avoid muck cake phenomenon,targeted designs are proposed for super-large diameter slurry shield applied in Zhuhai tunnel.Replaceable cutter change under atmospheric pressure can improve the safety of cutter change efficiency under high water pressure.The main drive with telescoping function can realize convenient replacement of disc cutter in hard rock formation under atmospheric pressure.Multiple flushing nozzles and crusher agitation arranged at the bottom of slurry and air cushion chambers minimize the risk of muck stagnation in chamber.The air cushion slurry balance shield minimizes the risk of ground breakdown or settlement.A separate booster pump is used to flush the cutterhead with large flow so as to reduce the mud cake formation on the cutterhead.The targeted designs adopted has received a good application effect in the construction process of Zhuhai tunnel,which significantly improves the geological adaptability and construction safety of the shield.
