摘要
研究高脂小鼠喂食甘蔗醋后与模型组进行体质质量、脏器系数和血清生化指标的差异性比较,以期对甘蔗醋功能活性进行论证评价。结果表明,甘蔗原醋和稀释3倍的甘蔗醋显著降低了高脂饮食小鼠的体质量(P<0.01)。实验组之间的器官与体质量比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与阳性对照相比,发现补充稀释6倍的甘蔗醋可有效降低甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平(P<0.05)。治疗组之间的其他生化指标没有显著变化(P>0.05)。甘蔗原醋可有效减轻体质量,改善血脂,不影响实验小鼠的脏器系数和血清生化指标。因此,甘蔗醋具有能够有效降低体质量和降低血脂水平的作用。
In order to evaluate the functional activity of sugarcane vinegar,the differences of body weight changes,organ coefficient and serum biochemical index between the hyperlipidaemia mice fed sugarcane vinegar and model group were studied.The results showed that the experimental mice supplemented with sugarcane vinegar and raw sugarcane vinegar of three times dilution had a significant reduction effect on body weight compared with mice fed with high-fat diet(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the organ and body weight between the experimental groups(P>0.05).Compared with the positive control,it was found that the supplementation of sugarcane vinegar with six times dilution could effectively reduce the triglyceride and total cholesterol levels(P<0.05).There was also no significant changes in the other biochemical parameters between the treatment groups(P>0.05).Supplementation of the original sugarcane vinegar could effectively reduce body weight and improve the serum lipid,and the supplementation did not affect the organs coefficient and serum biochemical index of the experimental mice.Therefore,the sugarcane vinegar could effectively reduce body weight and serum lipid level.
