摘要
为探讨葛根素对正常小鼠肠道微生物活度及消化酶活性的影响,对12只SPF级雄性昆明小鼠进行了无菌水(常规组)和葛根素(葛根素组)喂养试验。结果表明:与常规组相比,葛根素组小鼠肠道微生物活度显著降低;蔗糖酶、蛋白酶及淀粉酶的活性升高,纤维素酶的活性显著降低;此外,葛根素的干预并未显著改变小鼠的摄食量及脏器系数,但体重增长率较常规组降低,说明葛根素能降低小鼠体重增长率,有助于控制小鼠体重,其机制可能是通过调节小鼠肠道消化酶活性(降低纤维素酶活性,升高蔗糖酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性)从而促进体内碳水化合物的消化和代谢。
In order to investigate the effects of puerarin on intestinal microbial activity and digestive enzyme activity in normal mice,12 SPF male Kunming mice were separately fed with sterile water (normal group) and puerarin (puerarin group).The results showed that compared with the normal group,the intestinal microbial activity of the puerarin group was significantly decreased,the activities of sucrase,protease and amylase in mice were increased,while the activity of cellulase in mice was significantly decreased.In addition,puerarin intervention did not significantly change the food intake and organ coefficient of mice,but decreased the weight growth rate of mice,suggesting that puerarin could reduce the weight growth rate and contribute to controlling the body weight of mice.Its mechanism may be to promote carbohydrate digestion and metabolism in mice by regulating the activity of intestinal digestive enzymes (decreasing cellulase activity and increasing sucrase,protease and amylase activities).
