摘要
目的探讨不同情况非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平变化及联合检测的临床意义。方法选取2015年2月至2018年2月在本院住院治疗的54例NHL患者作为观察组,所有患者接受2个周期的化疗,并配合放疗治疗。另选取同期健康体检者54例作为对照组。统计两组血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平,并对比NHL不同临床分期、不同病情、不同疗效患者治疗前后血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平变化。结果观察组血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平较对照组高(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期NHL患者血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05);中高危+高危组NHL患者血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平高于中危+中低危组(P<0.05);治疗后疾病稳定(SD)、疾病进展(PD)患者血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)患者血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且低于SD、PD患者(P<0.05)。结论NHL患者血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平升高,联合检测其水平变化,对判定NHL患者临床分期、恶性程度、临床疗效及预后等具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)levels in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)patients and their clinical significance.Methods From February 2015 to February 2018,54 patients with NHL who were hospitalized in Shiyan People's Hospital were selected as the observation group.All patients underwent two cycles of chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy.Another 54 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.To observe the changes of serum LDH,β2-MG,CEA levels in the control group,and compare the changes of serum LDH,β2-MG,CEA levels before and after treatment with different clinical stages,different conditions,and different effects in NHL.Results The levels of serum LDH,β2-MG,and CEA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum LDH,β2-MG,and CEA in patients with NHL in stageⅢtoⅣwere higher than those in stageⅠtoⅡ(P<0.05);the levels of serum LDH,β2-MG,and CEA in patients with NHL in the middle-high-risk and high-risk groups were higher than those in the middle-risk and low-risk groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum LDH,β2-MG,and CEA in stable disease(SD)and progression disease(PD)patients were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).While after treatment,the levels of serum LDH,β2-MG and CEA in complete relief(CR)and partial remission(PR)patients were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were lower than those in SD and PD patients.Conclusions The level of serum LDH,β2-MG and CEA in patients with NHL increased,and the combined detection of the level changes is of great clinical value in the determination of clinical stage,malignant degree,clinical efficacy and prognosis of NHL patients.
