摘要
目的探讨血清CA125,LDH,β2-MG在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)诊断、治疗中的意义。方法50例NHL患者,采用放射免疫学方法检测CA125及β2-MG,酶法检测LDH。结果NHL患者血清CA125,LDH,β2-MG的升高与分期、分组、骨髓浸润、化疗效果、疾病的范围及恶性程度有关。结论血清CA125,LDH,β2-MG作为NHL患者诊断、临床分期、是否骨髓浸润、疗效判定及预后的辅助指标。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the serum CA125, lactic dehydrogenase （LDH）, β2-micruglobulin （β2-MG） measuring in the diagnosis and treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods 50 cases with NHL, CA125 and β2-MG are measured by radioimmunoassay. LDH is measured by enzyme method. Results The increase of serum CA125, LDH, β2-MG in patients with NHL has relation to clinical phase, group, bone marrow infiltration and chemotherapy result, NHL infiltration and malignant stage. Conclusion The level of serum CA125, LDH, β2-MG can be taked as an auxiliary clinical index to diagnose, classify the phase, with or without existence of NHL cells in bone marrow, evaluation the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in the NHL patients, and have important clinical significance.
