乳酸脱氢酶、β2-微球蛋白和血清癌胚抗原检测在非霍奇金淋巴瘤诊疗中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β2-微球蛋白(B2-MG)和血清癌胚抗原(CEA)检测在非霍奇金淋巴瘤诊断治疗中的临床意义。方法对48例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者采用电化学发光法、免疫比浊法、速率法检On,0CEA、β2-MG和LDH。对照组为40例健康体检者。结果非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平明显高于对照组,且Ⅲ.Ⅳ期患者的血清水平高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期的患者(P〈0.01);治疗后完全缓解组血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平低于治疗前(P〈0.01)。结论血清LDH、β2-MG、CEA水平正常与升高,对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床诊断、分期、预后预测以及了解非霍奇金淋巴瘤对治疗的反应性具有重要的临床意义。
