摘要
目的探索我科改良的Mini⁃CEX量表作为教学工具,在乳腺外科住院规范化培训医师进行教学效果评价的可行性及可靠性。方法以广州医科大学附属第二医院外科规培基地进行住院医师规范化培训的2017~2019级规培医师为研究对象,包括研究生规培医师及本科规培医师,共51人。所有规培医师均接受Mini⁃CEX量表进行形成性评价,入科时评估一次后每月评估一次,共3次,分析各次测评成绩。结果所有规培学员都完成2个月的规培以及接受3次Mini⁃CEX量表测评,所有学员3次测评的平均分为53.03±2.22分、65.83±2.63分、72.11±2.76分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),学员3次测评的总成绩以及各项测评内容的成绩均有显著提高(P<0.01),其中询证医学能力方面的提高最显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Mini⁃CEX作为乳腺外科住院规培医师形成性评价工具能够提供有效的教学评价。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of modified Mini⁃CEX scale as a tool for formative assessment of training surgeons in breast surgery Department.Methods A total of 51 surgeons who receiving regularized training in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University during 2017⁃2019 were included in this study.A modified Mini⁃CEX scale was used for formative assess⁃ment and the scores were compared to find out the differences in the 3 evaluations.Results The average scores of all the surgeons of the 3 evaluation were 53.03±2.22,65.83±2.63,72.11±2.76 respectively,and the difference between above were found statistically significant(P<0.01).Either the total scores or the scores of each item of the scale of the three assessments were found improved significantly,among which the improvement of medical consultation ability was the most significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Our modified Mini⁃CEX scale is effective as a formative assessment tool for the residents of breast surgery De⁃partment,and is worth promoting during the teaching and clinical practice.
