摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法联合Mini-CEX测评量表对本科规培医师的临床实践效果。方法将2017年7月—2018年7月在新疆乌鲁木齐市两所综合医院进行规培的医师120名作为研究对象,将其分为常规组、对照组及试验组,通过统计学方法对三组规培医师临床实践能力及满意度进行比较。结果 (1)试验组在临床判断、操作技术能力、操作整体连贯能力优于常规组和对照组,试验组和对照组在问诊能力及操作整体协调能力优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);(2)试验组和对照组在理性问题解决、负性问题定向及冲动疏忽风格得分均高于常规组,试验组满意度得分均高于常规组和对照组,差异均具有统计学意(P均<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法联合MiniCEX测评量表能够更好地提高本科规培医师临床实践能力、问题解决能力及教学满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical practice effect of PBL teaching method combined with Mini-CEX scale on regular training of undergraduate students, and provide methods for improving clinical ability. Methods 120 doctors who were trained in two general hospitals in Urumqi from July 2017 to July 2018 were divided into routine group, control group and experimental group. Statistical methods were used to compare the clinical practice ability and satisfaction of three groups of planned physicians. Results (1) The ability of clinical judgment, operation technique and operation coherence of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group and the control group, and the ability of interrogation and operation coordination of the experimental group and the control group was better than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(2) The scores of rational problem solving, negative problem orientation and impulse negligence style in the experimental group and the control group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the scores of satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group and the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with Min-CEX can better improve the clinical practice and problem solving ability and teaching satisfaction.
