摘要
目的评判性思维是护士在临床实践中所需的重要思维方式,本研究探讨以问题为基础的教学模式(problembased learning,PBL)对新疆地区实习护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法抽取2015-07-01-2017-06-30在新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行临床实习的120名护生作为研究对象,根据是否实施PBL教学分为干预组和对照组各60名,干预组实施PBL教学方法,对照组采用常规教学方法。采用面对面问卷调查的方法对实习护士评判性思维能力及问题解决能力进行调查,并采用SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。结果干预组在评判性思维能力中的寻求真相(t=4.098,P<0.001)、开放思想(t=2.991,P=0.005)、分析能力(t=3.654,P<0.001)、自信心(t=5.981,P<0.001)和求知欲维度(t=3.032,P=0.003)等得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;干预组在问题解决能力中的理性问题解决(t=3.987,P<0.001)、负性问题定向(t=11.230,P<0.001)和冲动/疏忽风格维度(t=2.998,P=0.004)等得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。评判性思维能力中的寻求真相(t=3.114,P=0.002)、分析能力(t=2.816,P=0.007)和认知成熟度(t=4.637,P<0.001)是影响实习护生问题解决能力的独立因素。结论 PBL教学模式对实习护生的评判性思维能力及问题解决能力均有较好的提高效果,同时,评判性思维能力又对问题解决能力有积极促进作用,故PBL教学模式在护士临床实践教育中具有良好的推广价值。
OBJECTIVE Critical thinking is an important way for nurses in clinical practice.This study aims to explore the influence of problem-based learning(PBL)model on critical thinking ability of nursing students in Xinjiang region.METHODS A total of 120 clinical practice nurses were randomly selected as research objects from July 1,2015 to June 30,2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.They were divided into intervention group and control group with 60 in each according to whether implemented PBL teaching was implemented.Face-to-face questionnaire was used to invest the critical thinking ability and problem solving ability of the practice nurses,and SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data.RESULTS The scores of intervention group were higher than those of control group in the dimensions of seeking truth(t=4.098,P<0.001),opening up thinking(t=2.991,P=0.005),analyzing ability(t=3.654,P<0.001),self-confidence(t=5.981,P<0.001)and curiosity of critical thinking ability(t=3.032,P=0.003).The scores of intervention group in rational problem solving(t=3.987,P<0.001),negative problem orientation(t=11.230,P<0.001)and impulse/negligence style(t=2.998,P=0.004)in problem solving ability were higher than those of control group.Truth seeking(t=3.114,P=0.002),analytical ability(t=2.816,P=0.007)and cognitive maturity(t=4.637,P<0.001)were independent factors that affected the problem solving ability of practical nursing students.CONCLUSIONS PBL teaching model can improve the critical thinking ability and problem-solving ability of nursing students.At the same time,critical thinking ability also can promote the problem-solving ability.So PBL teaching model has good popularization value in clinical nursing practice education.
