摘要
目的:评估PBL-LBL双轨模式教学在中医规培生心电图(ECG)教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在ECG科室进行轮转并参加入科考核的大陆中医规培生155名,随机分为对照组77名和观察组78名。对照组采用PBL教学模式,观察组采用PBL-LBL双轨教学模式,教学周期15 d,对比分析两组的入科成绩与出科成绩及其对不同教学模式的满意度。结果:两组中医规培生的性别、年龄、学历及入科成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。规培结束后,两组出科成绩均较入科成绩明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组出科成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对教学模式满意度调查结果显示,观察组在教师能力、自我评价、教学效果3方面的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在临床ECG中医规培教学中应用PBL-LBL双轨模式教学,可提高规培生学习的主动性和对图形准确分析的能力,促进其对ECG理论知识的掌握,从而利于教学质量的改善。
Objective: To evaluate the application value of PBL-LBL double-track teaching in the electro- cardiogram (ECG) teaching of TCM graduate trainees. Methods: Totally 155 continental graduate trainees in ECG Room who participated in entrance examination were enrolled, and were randomly divided into control group (n= 77) given PBL teaching model and observation group (n=78) given PBL-LBL double-track teaching model. The teaching time was 15 days. Analysis and comparison are made on the scores of entrance examination and final examination and the degree of satisfaction of different teaching modes between two groups. Results: There was no statistical significance between two groups regarding sex, age, educational background and the scores of en- trance examination (P〉0.05). After training, the scores of final examination in two groups were increased signifi- cantly when compared with those of entrance examination (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); the scores of final examination in observation group was markedly higher than those in control group, and significant difference was shown (P〈 0.01). The satisfaction survey of teaching mode shows the satisfaction rate of observation group in the three as- pects of teacher's ability, self-evaluation and teaching effect was higher than that of control group, and signifi- cant difference was shown (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Application of PBL-LBL double-track teaching model in ECG teaching of clinical graduate trainees can improve the learning initiative and capability of analyzing fig- ures, and promote the grasp of ECG knowledge, so as to improve teaching quality.
