摘要
目的探索Mini-CEX(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,迷你临床演练评估)在中医七年制学生出科考核中应用的可行性及有效性。方法对70名2005级、2006级中医学专业(七年制中西医结合方向)学生出科考核中应用Mini-CEX测评,并对学生进行问卷调查和对参与测评的临床教师进行结构化访谈。结果参与测评的学生各项目测评结果4分以上频率均大于90%;2005级学生平均得分均高于2006级学生;调查问卷和结构化访谈显示,学生和教师均愿意接受这种测评方法。结论在七年制学生出科考核中应用MiniCEX测评,能够及时、准确地评估学生的学习情况,有效地反映不同学生、同一学生不同阶段的学习效果的差异,有利于教师在以后教学过程中更有针对性地对学生进行培训,节省评估老师的时间,为医院节省不必要的开支。另外,开展Mini-CEX评估,其方案及标准也需要进一步完善。
Objective To explore the feasibility and availability of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) for the clinical-department completion examination in students of 7-year program. Methods Mini-CEX was applied in the clinical-department completion examination for 2005 grade and 2006 grade students(n=70) in the specialty of Chinese medicine(integrated Chinese and Western medicine orientation in 7-year program). The students were surveyed with questionnaire and clinical teachers were given structured interviews. Results The percentage of students with 4 scores or more was over 90%, and the average score was higher in 2005-grade students than that in 2006-grade students. The outcomes of questionnaire and structured interviews showed that students and teachers were willing to accept Mini-CEX. Conclusion Mini-CEX is timely and accurate to evaluate students’ learning situation and reflect the difference in learning effectiveness in different students and at different stages. It is benefit to teachers to training students with pertinence for saving time and cost. The plan and standard of Mini-CEX are needed to be further perfected.
