基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在“四证合一”临床专硕研究生培养中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨互联网平台(雨课堂)+CBL+情景模拟教学法在“四证合一”临床医学专业学位硕士研究生住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用。方法通过互联网平台(雨课堂)工具的辅助,在住院医师规范化培训的临床教学中运用CBL+情景模拟的教学方法,并与传统教学培训相比较,根据学员出科理论成绩、出科技能考核成绩、出科综合成绩、满意度调查,对两种教学模式进行比较及评价。结果互联网平台(雨课堂)+CBL+情景模拟教学法在临床带教中能起到更好的效果。结论互联网平台(雨课堂)+CBL+情景模拟教学法较传统学教学培训相比,提高了平时成绩、理论知识和操作技能考试成绩,学员满意度更高,具有一定推广价值。 Objective To study the effect of case-based learning(CBL)and situational simulation training based on the Internet platform of Rain Classroom in the resident standardization training of clinical professional master students in the“Four Certificates in One”Program.Methods With the auxiliary tools of Rain Classroom,a blended learning with CBL and situational simulation training was used in the resident standardization training.The results of theoretical skills,operational skills and comprehensive skills of the trainees by way of the blended learning were compared with those by way of the traditional teaching method.Results The blended learning with CBL and situational simulation training method based on the Internet platform of Rain Classroom had a better effect in the clinical instructions.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching and training,the CBL and situational simulation based on the Rain Classroom has improved the performance,theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the trainees,which better satisfies them and is worth promoting in clinical teaching and learning.
