摘要
我国中小学海洋教育的产生与发展有其特定的历史背景和社会变革先决条件。追根溯源,其产生主要有三条线索与路径,即起源于鸦片战争后西方传教士所办的教会学校、清末洋务派所创办的新式学堂以及民国初年的中小学。萌发状态的海洋教育活动大多体现在地理课程与教学中,包括教材编撰、课程内容安排及具体活动。从西方传教士创办的教会学校到晚清新式学堂,再到民国初期的中小学,海洋教育因素与内容逐渐增加与丰富,它们是中小学海洋教育的源头活水。
The emergence and development of marine education in China’s primary and secondary schools has its specific historical background and prerequisites for social change.Dating back to its early stage,it originated mainly from the church schools run by Western missionaries after the Opium War,the new schools founded by the Westernization Group in the late Qing Dynasty,and the primary and secondary schools established in the early years of the Republic of China.Most of the maritime educational activities in the early emerging stage were embodied in geography courses and teaching,including textbook compilation,course content arrangement and specific activities.From the church schools and the new schools in the late Qing Dynasty to the primary and secondary schools in the early Republic of China,the factors and contents of marine education had gradually been enriched,being the major origins of marine education in China’s primary and secondary schools.
