摘要
随着现代企业管理制度的不断完善,人力资源管理成为企业管理的重要内容。高校也是如此,人力资源管理在高校人才管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在高校人力资源管理中运用激励机制不仅能够调动教师的工作积极性,还能有效提升高校的教育质量。该研究主要分析激励机制在高校人力资源管理中的应用现状,并提出有效运用激励机制的策略和方法,希望其能提升高校人力资源管理的水平。
With the continuous improvement of modern enterprise management system, human resources management has become an important part of enterprise management. The same is true of colleges and universities,human resource management plays an increasingly important role in talent management in colleges and universities. The use of incentive mechanism in human resource management in colleges and universities can not only arouse the enthusiasm of teachers, but also effectively improve the quality of education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly analyses the current situation of the application of incentive mechanism in human resources management in colleges and universities, and puts forward the strategies and methods of effective use of incentive mechanism, hoping that it can improve the level of human resources management in colleges and universities.
