摘要
目的探讨焦点解决取向辅导对手术室护士职业认同感和职业获益感以及留职意愿的影响。方法采取便利抽样法抽取2家三级甲等医院200名手术室护士作为研究对象,将A医院109名护士作为观察组,B医院91名护士作为对照组。对照组常规组织开展集中业务学习及护士长约谈,观察组实施焦点解决取向辅导,干预时间为8周。干预前后评价护士职业认同感量表、职业获益感量表及留职意愿问卷评分。结果干预后,观察组的职业认同感[(101.82±15.14)分]、职业获益感[(131.97±15.34)分]及留职意愿[(22.97±3.54)分]评分均明显升高(P<0.05),对照组变化不明显[评分为:(89.76±12.01)、(116.83±13.67)和(20.96±3.14)分],组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论焦点解决取向辅导有利于提高手术室护士的职业认同感和职业获益感,增强其留职意愿。
Objective To explore the influence of focus-oriented counseling on occupational identity,occupational benefit and retention intention of operating room nurses.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 200 operating room nurses from 2 hospitals with grade III first-class as research objects.109 nurses from A hospital were taken as the observation group and 91 nurses from B hospital as the control group.The control group was routinely organized to carry out concentrated business learning and interview with the head nurse,while the observation group was given focused problem-solving orientation counseling,and the intervention period was 8 weeks.Before and after the intervention,nurses’professional identity scale,occupational sense of benefit scale and retention intention questionnaire were evaluated.Results After intervention,the scores of occupational sense of identity(101.82±15.14),sense of occupational gain(131.97±15.34)and intention to stay(22.97±3.54)in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while those in the control group were not significantly changed(scores:(89.76±12.01),(116.83±13.67)and(20.96±3.14),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions It is helpful to improve the professional identity and sense of professional benefit of operating room nurses and enhance their willingness to stay on the job.
