摘要
目的:了解护理人员对互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理的意愿及需求。方法:选取该院844名护理人员,于2020年8月6—11日进行“互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理的意愿及需求”网络问卷调查(共发放900份问卷调查表,回收有效问卷844份,回收率为93.78%)。结果:愿意参与“互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理”634名,参与率为75.12%;不愿意参与210名,占比24.88%,不愿意参与的原因主要有个人能力不足、上门操作风险和个人安全,占比分别为29.52%、25.71%、16.19%;护理人员在实施互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理前需求最多的是希望能接受相关专业技能培训,护理人员选择理论授课、情景模拟培训占比分别为35.55%、37.32%;护理人员对互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理的知识知晓率的调查结果显示,各项目中均为一般知晓最多,占比分别为44.91%、39.45%、42.30%、41.94%、41.00%、39.22%、41.35%;完全知晓最少,占比分别为5.92%、7.23%、6.28%、5.92%、5.81%、5.81%、6.40%。护理人员对互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理的认同感调查显示,各项目中均为比较认同最多,占比分别为47.04%、46.80%、34.00%、46.56%、39.34%、45.50%、43.13%、46.21%、46.21%;非常不认同最少,占比分别为1.42%、1.07%、0.95%、1.07%、1.07%、0.83%、0.83%、0.83%、0.95%。结论:多数护理人员愿意参与互联网模式延续性PICC导管护理,并希望能接受相关专业技能培训。
Objective:To understand willingness and demands of nursing staffs for continuous PICC catheter nursing in Internet mode.Methods:A total of 844 nursing staffs in the hospital were selected.A questionnaire survey on the“willingness and demands of continuous PICC catheter nursing in the Internet mode”was performed from August 6 to 11,2020(a total of 900 questionnaires were issued,and 844 valid questionnaires were recovered with a recovery rate of 93.78%).Results:A total of 634 participants were willing to participate in the“continuous PICC catheter nursing in the Internet mode”with a participation rate of 75.12%.210 participants were unwilling to participate,accounting for 24.88%.The reasons for unwillingness to participate were insufficient personal ability,door-to-door operation risk and personal safety,accounting for 29.52%,25.71%and 16.19%,separately.Before the implementation of the continuous PICC catheter nursing in the Internet model,the maximum demand of the nursing staffs was to receive relevant professional skills training,among which,the theoretical teaching and scenario simulation training were the most,accounting for 35.55%and 37.32%,respectively.The survey results of nursing staffs’knowledge awareness rate of continuous PICC catheter nursing in the Internet mode showed that most of the items were generally known,accounting for 44.91%,39.45%,42.30%,41.94%,41.00%,39.22%,and 41.35%,separately;and those which were completely known accounted for 5.92%,7.23%,6.28%,5.92%,5.81%,5.81%,and 6.40%,separately.The survey of the nursing staffs’recognition of continuous PICC catheter nursing in the Internet mode showed that most of the items were relatively recognized,accounting for 47.04%,46.80%,34.00%,46.56%,39.34%,45.50%,43.13%,46.21%,and 46.21%,separately;the proportion of very disapproval was the least,accounting for 1.42%,1.07%,0.95%,1.07%,1.07%,0.83%,0.83%,0.83%,and 0.95%,separately.Conclusions:Most of the nursing staffs are willing to participate in the continuous PICC catheter nursing in the Inter
