摘要
目的探讨焦点解决取向团体辅导对护士职业认同的影响。方法 2015年3-5月,在某医院采取自愿报名的方式招募护士40名为研究对象,其职业认同量表得分≤100分。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20名。对照组护士通过与护士长谈心的方式进行干预,而观察组护士进行8次焦点解决取向团体辅导干预。两组护士干预前后即时采用护士职业认同量表、护士留职意愿问卷进行测量,比较两种干预方式的效果。结果干预后,观察组护士职业认同总分为(105.1±17.5)分,高于对照组的(88.10±7.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.96,P<0.01)。干预后,观察组护士留职意愿总分为(20.90±3.58)分,而对照组为(17.00±2.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.02,P<0.01)。结论焦点解决取向团体辅导有效提高了护士的职业认同。
Objective To investigate the factors of solution-focused group counseling on the professional identity of nurses. Methods Forty nurses with scores of the nurses' professional identification scale less than 100 were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 20) and the control group(n = 20).The control group was implemented with regularly nursing, the observation group was implemented with solution-focused group counseling for 8 times.Two groups were investigated with nurses' professional identification scale and nurses' intent to stay questionnaire. The effect of two intervention methods were compared. Results After the treatment, the mean scores of nurses' professional identification scale in the observation group and the control group were (105.1±17.5) and (88.10±7.85), respectively (t=-3.96, P〈0.01). After the treatment , the mean scores of nurses' intent to stay questionnaire in the observation group and the control group were (20.90±3.58) and (17.00±2.45) (t=4.02, P〈0.01). Conclusions The solution-focused group counseling is effective in improving the nurses' professional identity.
