摘要
层出不穷的食物安全事件、城市中产阶层对安全食物来源的追求和学术界对现代主流工业化食物体系弊病的反思,共同促成了替代性食物体系的形成。作为对现代食物体系的抗争形式,替代性食物体系发展的动力机制,既有来自对现代食物体系弊端的重新认识,也有城市中等收入消费群体对高安全度食物的需求因素,还有包括新农人和社会组织以及政府方面的作用。替代性食物体系的发展也面临着诸如食物选择权失衡和如何扩大等挑战。本研究基于对已有研究和实践经验的考察,以期形成对替代性食物体系相对系统逻辑的认识。
The emerging food safety events and the urban middle-class'pursuit of safe food sourcesand the academia's reflection on modern food systems have led to the search for alternative food systems.This paper argues that the dynamic mechanism for the development of alternative food systems has both a re-understanding of the drawbacks of modern food systems and the urban middle-class groups'demand for high-security food,as well as the role of new farmers and social organizations and government.At the same time,the alternative food system faced challenges such as food selection imbalance and how to expand.Based on the study of existing research and practical experience,this paper hopes to form an logical understanding of the alternative food system.
