摘要
通过收集福建省统计局2013—2017年数字经济值和数字人才就业人数,采用Excel和SPSS软件进行数据处理,构建回归预测模型,从而对福建省2019—2020年数字人才需求量进行预测。从预测结果可看出,福建省数字人才的需求量呈现不断递增的趋势,而目前数字人才仍处于供不应求的阶段。因此,从“育人”的角度,分别从政府、企业、高校三个层面,为福建省数字人才的培养与发展提供相应的对策及建议。
Data processing and regression forecast model are adopted through Excel and SPSS software according to the digital economy value and digital talent employment number from 2013 to 2017 collected by Fujian Provincial Bureau of Statistics.Therefore,it forecasts the digital talent demand quantity of Fujian Province in 2019 and 2020.It can be seen that from the forecast results,the digital talent demand quantity of Fujian province emerges the increasing trend,but now the digital talent is still in short supply.As a result,the passage provides the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the digital talent cultivation and development in Fujian province from the perspective of“educating people”in three levels of government,enterprise and university.
