摘要
阐述应用型高校的特征。分析当前地方本科院校向应用型院校转变过程中存在的问题,以莆田学院为例,提出专业调整优化先行、课程教学改革驱动、人才培养模式创新和师资队伍建设保障的地方本科院校转型策略。
This paper expounds the characteristics of application-oriented universities.It analyzes the problems existing in the process of transformation from local undergraduate universities to application-oriented ones.Taking Putian University as an example, this paper puts forward the transition strategies of local undergraduate universities, such as optimization of specialty, curriculum reform, innovation of talent training mode and construction of teachers team.
