摘要
中国现在正处于社会转型期,在这一时期,人们的生活观念、行为方式、价值体系等都发生着明显的变化。为适应社会成功转型的需要,应用型高校辅导员开展工作的观念、方针、政策等也相应地做出了调整,逐渐迈上科学化之路。本文在把握促进辅导员工作科学化的时代背景基础之上,指出应用型院校辅导员在工作中存在的诸多问题,如辅导员工作理念与指导思想存在误区、没有科学的工作方式和工作方法、辅导员的队伍缺乏科学化、制度化等等。同时,针对这些问题,尝试提出实现应用型院校辅导员工作科学化的有效途径:第一,坚持以发展观为指导,'以生为本';第二,坚持统筹兼顾的科学方法,关注受教育者的双重价值;第三,完善管理制度,加强应用型院校辅导员队伍建设。
China is now in the social transformation period.In this period,people’s life concept,behavior,value system,etc.have undergone obvious changes.In order to meet the needs of the successful transformation of society,the concept,principles and policies of the applied college counselors have also been adjusted accordingly,and they have gradually embarked on the road of science.On the basis of grasping the background of promoting the scientific work of counselors,this paper points out many problems existing in the work of counselors in application-oriented colleges,such as the misunderstandings of counselor sundefined working ideas and guiding ideology.There are no scientific working methods or approaches.The team of counselors is lack of scientific,institutionalized and so on.At the same time,aiming at these problems,this paper attempts to put forward an effective way to realize the scientific work of counselors in application-oriented colleges:first,adhere to the concept of development as a guide,'student-oriented';second,adhere to the scientific method of integration and consideration and pay attention to the dual value of the educated;third,improve the management system and strengthen the construction of the team of counselors in practical colleges and universities.
