摘要
高校辅导员具有教师与干部双重身份。按照《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》规定,高校辅导员的专业发展主要依赖于职后培训。但当前高校辅导员队伍职后培训仍存在着的时间上的保障、内容的针对性、对象上的普遍性等问题。本文针对地提出了着眼于职业规划,设计辅导员专业发展的培训内容;利用多种教育形式,保障辅导员专业发展的培训时间,扩大培训对象范围;加强培训内容设计的层次性;加强培训的制度保障等建议。
College instructors are teachers and cadres. According to the Requirements of Professional Ability of Instructors in Colleges and Universities, the professional development of instructors mainly depends on post-training. There are problems in post-training in training-time arrangement, aim of the training and universality of the objects. This paper focuses on the designing of the training content on career planning for professional development,ensuring the training length and extending scope of training objects by various forms of education,enhancing the ordering of training content,and quickening the making of rules.
