摘要
良好的职业发展有助于教师的专业发展,因此教师队伍建设应该将人力资源开发与管理中的组织计划、员工发展和培训、员工咨询等引入教师队伍建设之中,通过共同发展的愿景和目标陈述形成一套新的校园文化、加强教师培训与提高、给教师充分的激励与认可等方法推进教师的职业发展,以促进教师的专业发展。
A good plan of career development will contribute to teacher's professional development of teachers is an important way to improve the quality of teachers and teacher.So according to career development theories,managers should change from traditional thought of personnel management to human resource development,incorporating organizational plan,staff development and training,staff consultation into teacher management,to form a new set of campus culture through common development vision and objectives statements,to strengthen and improve teacher training,and to give more incentive and recognition to teachers and so on so that the management can promote professional development of teachers.
