摘要
数字人才是指具备ICT(信息通信技术)普通技能、专业技能和补充技能的人才,涵盖数字战略管理、深度分析、产品研发、先进制造、数字化运营、数字营销等领域,是实现数字化建设的关键要素。随着数字化建设、数字化转型的加速,数字人才的需求量呈现不断递增的趋势。以福建省为例,数字人才供给与数字经济发展需求之间存在较大的缺口,应加快建立以需求为导向的数字人才引进与培养机制,优化人才资源结构,确保人才供应链稳定;集中优势资源,发展新型创新平台,聚才引智引领创新发展;健全数字产业创新创业服务环境,创新生态系统,吸引优秀的数字人才;完善数字人才配套保障服务体系,激发数字人才的创新能力;统筹协调各区域数字人才流动机制,实现福建省数字人才环境的区域均衡发展。
Digital talents refer to talents with general,professional,and supplementary skills in ICT(information and communication technology),covering fields like digital strategic management,in-depth analysis,product research and development,advanced manufacturing,digital operation,and digital marketing.Digital talents function as the key elements to realize digitalization.With the acceleration of digital construction and digital transformation,there has been an increasing demand for digital talents.Taking Fujian Province as an example,there is a big gap between the supply of digital talents and the demand created by the development of digital economy.Fujian Province should speed up the establishment of a demand-oriented mechanism for the introduction and cultivation of digital talents,optimize the structure of talent resources,and ensure the stability of the talent supply chain;pool premium resources,develop innovation platforms,gather talents and attract talents to lead innovation and development;improve the service environment for innovation and entrepreneurship in the digital industry,develop an ecosystem for innovation,and attract excellent digital talents;improve the guarantee service system for supporting digital talents,and stimulate the innovation ability of digital technology talents;synergize the digital talent flow systems of various districts to realize the regional balanced development of the digital talent environment in the province.
