摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化的深入实施,高校师资力量和师资水平也在不断提高,越来越多的青年教师加入到了高校教师队伍中,成为高校科研和教学的中流砥柱。根据中共中央关于新时代高校教师的相关要求,本文在对HB大学部分青年教师问卷调查的基础上,得出目前青年教师面临教学和科研压力大、待遇偏低以及相关制度不完善等职业困境,并针对问题产生的原因进行了详细分析,最后提出了平衡教学和科研关系、完善收入分配体系、构建教师考核机制等解决措施,对于推进地方高校教师队伍建设、提高教学质量具有非常重要的意义。
With the further implementation of the popularization of higher education in China,the level and strength of teachers in colleges and universities are constantly improving.More and more young teachers have joined the ranks of teachers in colleges and universities,and become the mainstay of supporting scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities.According to the relevant requirements of the CPC Central Committee on college teachers in the new era,based on the questionnaire survey of some young teachers in HB University,this paper concludes that young teachers are facing such professional dilemmas as high pressure on teaching and scientific research,low salary and imperfect relevant systems,and puts forward the balance between teaching and scientific research,the improvement of income distribution system and the construction of teacher assessment mechanism.It is of great significance to promote the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teaching。
