摘要
加强高校青年教师师德建设是青年教师成长发展的现实需要,是培养新时代大学生和落实立德树人根本任务的历史选择。调查统计发现,青年教师普遍存在创新动力缺失,主动育人意识不强、获得感不足等问题。通过进一步优化制度、环境和自身等要素,逐步改善青年教师师德建设的现实困境,确立师德建设在青年教师成长中的关键地位,推动高等教育事业创新发展。
Strengthening the construction of young teachers morality in colleges and universities is the realistic need for the growth and development of young teachers,and the historical choice for cultivating the new era of college students and implementing the fundamental tasks of morality education.According to the survey statistics,young teachers generally have problems on the lack of innovation motivation,lack of active education awareness,lack of sense of acquisition,and so on.By further optimizing the system,environment and self-elements,the practical dilemma of young teachers morality construction will be gradually improved,the key position of teacher morality construction will be established in the growth of young teachers,and the innovation and development of higher education will be promoted.
