高校青年教师持续专业发展动机的激发策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 高校青年教师是实现高校内涵式发展的中坚力量。高校青年教师持续专业发展是其职责所在,也是形势所迫,更是成长所需。其持续专业发展动机的激发是个人因素和环境因素相互作用的结果。个人方面高校青年教师需要树立个人目标、依托自我评价、明确自我责任,使自己成为有理想、有本领、有担当的合格教师。环境方面则需要为高校青年教师提供学习资源的支持,施加社会环境的影响,利用外部期望的推动。最终合力激发高校青年教师的持续专业发展的动机。 Young teachers are the major force of realizing the connotative development of colleges and universities. Continuing professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities is their responsibility, as well as being forced by the situation and the need for development. The motivation for continuing professional development is the result of interaction between individual factors and environmental factors. On the personal side, young teachers in colleges and universities need to set up personal goals, rely on self-evaluation and clarify their responsibilities in order to make themselves qualified teachers with ideals, skills and responsibilities. In terms of environment, it is necessary to provide young teachers with support for learning resources, exert influence on social environment and make use of external expectations. Finally, the motivation of continuing professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities will be stimulated through joint efforts.
