案例导入任务驱动式教学法在临床护理实践教学中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨案例导入任务驱动式教学法在临床护理实践教学中的应用效果,为提高临床护理实践教学质量提供理论依据。方法2018年2—12月,选取在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的护理本科学生为研究对象,按实习时间顺序随机分为对照组(n=168)及试验组(n=169)。在临床实践教学中,对照组采用传统临床实践教学方法,试验组采用案例导入任务驱动式教学法。实践教学结束后,比较两组学生理论测试及教师对学生的评价成绩,同时进行临床实践教学效果的问卷调查。结果试验组学生的理论测试平均成绩为(4.8±0.3)分,对照组为(4.2±0.1)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组技能考试平均成绩为(4.2±0.4)分,对照组技能考试平均成绩为(3.6±0.3)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组学生临床实践教学效果的评价10项问题中有8项差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而激发学生学习兴趣和临床实践教学效果满意度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论案例导入任务驱动式教学法在临床实践教学中取得显著效果,值得广泛推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of case-based taskdriven teaching method in clinical nursing practice teaching,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of clinical nursing practice teaching.Methods From February to December 2018,the undergraduate nursing students interned in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=168)and experimental group(n=169)according to the sequence of internship time.In the clinical practice teaching,the control group adopted the traditional clinical practice teaching method,while the experimental group adopted the case-based task-driven teaching method.After the end of the practice teaching,the theoretical tests of the two groups of students and the evaluation results of the teachers on the students were compared.At the same time,a questionnaire survey on the effect of clinical practice teaching was conducted.Results The theoretical test scores of the students in the experimental group were(4.8±0.3)and those in the control group were(4.2±0.1).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);the skill test scores of the experimental group were(4.2±0.4)and those of the control group were(3.6±0.3).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There were 8 out of 10 questions about the evaluation of clinical practice teaching effect between the two groups.There was no difference between stimulating students'learning interest and satisfaction with clinical practice teaching effect(P>0.05).Conclusion Case-based task-driven teaching method has achieved remarkable results in clinical practice teaching,and it is worth popularizing widely.
