摘要
目的:探讨研究案例结合任务驱动教学模式在骨科教学中的作用。方法:将在我院骨科实习的80名实习医生随机分为案例结合任务驱动教学模式组和普通教学模式组,每组各40名,比较两组的教学效果。结果:案例及任务驱动教学模式组在学习兴趣、临床思维能力、临床参与度、学习主动性、授课方式满意度明显高于普通教学模式组(P<0.05),主客观考核成绩及总考核成绩均明显高于普通教学模式组(P<0.05)。结论:案例结合目标任务驱动教学模式应用在骨科实习教学中,有助于提高实习医生对骨科疾病的理解和掌握及临床思维能力的建立,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of case study combined with task-driven teaching model in orthopedic teaching.Methods:80 interns in the department of orthopedics in our hospital were randomly divided into the case and task-driven teaching mode group and general teaching mode group,with 40 in each group.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The learning interest,clinical thinking ability,clinical participation,learning initiative and teaching method satisfaction of the case and task-driven teaching mode group were significantly higher than those of the general teaching mode group(P<0.05),and the subjective and objective assessment scores and total assessment scores were significantly higher than those of the general teaching mode group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case and task driven teaching mode in orthopedics practice teaching is helpful to improve the interns’understanding and mastery of orthopedics diseases and the establishment of clinical thinking ability,which is worthy of popularization.
