任务驱动教学法联合教学查房整合模式在本科护理学课间实习中的实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨任务驱动教学法结合教学查房模式应用于本科护理学课间实习教学中的效果,寻找适合本科护理系学生的教学新方法。方法将中国医科大学附属盛京医院2019年临床护理教研室教授的2个本科层次的护理学专业学生随机分为对照组和实验组,每组126人。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用"任务驱动教学法结合教学查房"模式,每次课后进行形成性评价试题测试,课间实习结束对学生进行"学生自主学习能力量表"及"评判性思维能力测量表"调查,并对学生的终结性评价考试成绩进行整理分析,比较2组学生的考核成绩及量表评价结果。结果实验组形成性评价试题测试及终结性评价考试成绩显著高于对照组(P <0.05),且两组学生的自学能力及评判性思维能力存在差异。结论任务驱动教学法结合教学查房模式可激发学生学习的积极性,将理论知识与临床充分结合,提高学生的学习兴趣及综合分析能力,对提升教学质量效果显著。 Objective To study the effect of the application of task-driven teaching method combining teaching rounds in recess internship of undergraduate nursing,looking for new teaching method suitable for undergraduate nursing students.Methods Two undergraduate level of nursing students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group in 2019.Control group used traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the model of"task-driven teaching method combining teaching rounds".After class,testing the formative assessment questions each time,and with the end of recess internship,undertake to the students"scale cultivation of students’autonomous learning ability"and"critical thinking ability measured record table",and finishing analysis the summative assessment test scores of students,compare two groups of students’examination result and the results of scale evaluation.Results The experimental group’s formative assessment and summative exam questions test scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).And there are differences between the two groups of students’self-study ability and critical thinking ability.Conclusion Task-driven teaching method combining teaching rounds mode can stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning,it integrats theoretical knowledge and clinical,improves students’interest in learning and comprehensive analysis capabilities,and the effect to enhance the quality of teaching is remarkable.
