摘要
临床实践教学是临床医学教育的中心环节,由于受到医院专科化发展等因素的影响,临床实践教学在教师层面和教学管理层面存在一些问题,导致教师临床思维专科化,学生所学知识碎片化等,基于整合医学的理念,本文通过分析实践教学整合的现状与问题,并提出合理化的改革举措,通过调整实践教学计划、整合师资队伍建设、改革实践教学模式和方法来解决临床实践教学整合存在的问题,来提升教师教学能力和实践教学整合观念,提高医学生的临床实践能力和临床思维能力。
Clinical practice teaching is a key link of medical education, due to the impact factors of hospital development in the clinical practice, there are some problems in the teaching level of teachers and teaching management level, teachers' specialization leads to clinical thinking, students' knowledge fragmentation, integration of medicine based on the idea of this paper the analysis of the current situation and problems of the practice teaching integration, and puts forward the reform measures to rationalize, to solve the problem of the integration of clinical practice teaching practice by adjusting the teaching plan, the integration of teachers team construction, reforming the practice teaching mode and method, to enhance the integration of teaching ideas and practice of teachers' teaching ability, improve medical students' clinical practice ability and the clinical thinking ability.
