学前教育专业实践教学存在的问题与改革对策 被引量:9

摘要 高校本科学前教育专业实践教学在顺应教师教育改革趋势、谋求院校专业自身发展和促进学生专业能力发展的背景下,面临重理论知识轻实践知识、重校内技能轻校外实践、重实践形式轻实践内涵、学前专业教师队伍质量有待提高、基地实践教学环境有待改善等问题,对此提出全面渗透实践理念、全面整合实践课程、加快建设高质量学前专业教师队伍、改善基地实践教学环境、完善实践教学评价等改革对策,以提高学前教育专业实践教学效果,实现学生专业能力发展的目标。 Under the background of complying with the trend of teacher education reform,seeking the development of specialty itself and promoting the development of students'professional competence,the undergraduate practical teaching of preschool education in colleges and universities is faced with the problems of emphasizing theoretical knowledge over practical knowledge,in-school skills over off-campus practice,the form of practice over the connotation of practice,the quality of professional teachers needed to be improved,and the practical teaching environment of the base needed to be improved,and so on.Therefore,the reform measures are put forward from permeating the idea of practice in an all-round way,comprehensively integrating practical courses,speeding up the construction of high quality professional teachers of preschool education,improving the practical teaching environment of the base,perfecting the evaluation of practical teaching,and so on,so as to improve the practical teaching effect of preschool education and realize the development of students'professional competence.
