摘要
实践教学是地方院校教师教育专业培养应用型人才的关键。地方院校教师教育专业实践教学存在实践教学理念有偏差、目标不精准、疏于管理以及实践教学师资不足等问题。地方院校应注意理论与实践、校内与校外以及课上与课下相结合,分别从正观念、抓落实:逐层渗透、注入实践教学观念;明目标、做调研:研究制定实践教学目标;强管理、健制度:有效管理实践教学体系;育师资、扩人员:加快建设实践教学师资队伍,不断推进教师教育专业实践教学。
Practice is the key for training technical talents in local universities.There are,however,some problems in the practical programs of teacher-education major in local universities,such as the deviation of the understandings,the ambiguity of the goal,the neglect of the management and the shortage of teachers.We should pay attention to the combination of theory with practice,schooling on and off campus,and while-and after-class periods.The strategy covers right concept and implementation,gradual infiltration of practical teaching concept,clear objectives and researches as such,stronger management and improved institutions,and acceleration of the faculty training and expansion of the team.That’s how the teacher-training major can be improved.
