摘要 高职院校是高技能人才培养的核心阵地,而教师在高职院校人才培养战略目标实现中肩负重要责任。职业精神是教师职业素质的基本呈现,也是其做好本职工作的精神动力。文章客观分析了高职院校教师职业精神现状,以此为基础研究行之有效的培养策略,促使教师在专业发展过程中培养职业精神、增强综合素质,为培养高素质应用型人才提供重要支撑。 Higher vocational colleges are the core position of high-skilled personnel training, and teachers shoulder great responsibility in the realization of the strategic objectives of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Professionalism is not only the basic presentation of teachers’ professional quality, but also the spiritual motivation for them to do their job well. The article objectively analyses the present situation of teachers’ professional spirit in higher vocational colleges and effective strategies to promote teachers to cultivate professional spirit and enhance their comprehensive quality in the process of professional development, and to provide important support for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.
