摘要
当前,青年教师专业发展存在教师专业精神发展淡化、专业知识不够全面、教师专业能力不强等问题。促进青年教师专业发展,应形成教师专业发展的目标导向,建构教师专业发展的知识体系,并通过他驱与自主协同发展,促进教师专业能力的提升。
Currently,there exist in young teachers’professional development such problems as the neglect of the development of professional spirit,the inadequacy of professional knowledge and not strong of professional ability.To promote young teachers’professional development,it is necessary to establish the goal orientation for teachers’professional development,to construct the knowledge system for teachers’professional development,and to promote teachers’professional ability through the collaboration of other-driveness and autonomy.
