摘要
提高雄安新区教育质量是推进京津冀教育协同发展的关键一环,而构建具有雄安特色、国内领先、世界一流的教育体系,就必须要强化教师队伍建设。乡村教师是促进教育公平、乡村教育振兴的核心要素,利用“互联网+教育”的特有优势促进乡村教师专业发展,对提高雄安新区基础教育质量具有重要的意义。当前,雄安新区乡村教师队伍发展的困境主要分为四个方面:乡村学校“互联网+教育”资源配置失衡,外在期望和乡村教师实际境遇不匹配,现有的培训保障制度未充分考虑乡村教师的特质,缺失激励性的乡村教师评价系统。基于此,提出“互联网+教育”背景下雄安新区乡村教师专业发展的四个改进策略:创新乡村学校“互联网+教育”保障机制,完善乡村教师生命关怀和专业发展网络服务体系,建立重视乡村教师特质的培训保障制度,建立基于大数据的乡村教师评价和激励体系。
Improving the quality of education in Xiong’an New Area is a key link to promote the coordinated development of education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.To build a nationally leading and world-class education system with Xiong’an characteristics,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers.Rural teachers are the core element of promoting educational equity and revitalization of rural education.Utilizing the unique advantages of"internet plus education"to promote the professional development of rural teachers is of great significance to improving the quality of basic education in Xiong’an New Area.At present,the development dilemma of rural teachers in Xiong’an New Area is mainly divided into four aspects:the imbalance of"internet plus education"resource allocation in rural schools;the mismatch between the external expectation and the actual situation of rural teachers;the existing training guarantee system does not fully consider the characteristics of rural teachers;lack of incentive evaluation system for rural teachers.Based on this,this paper proposes four improvement strategies for the professional development of rural teachers in Xiong’an New Area under the background of"internet plus education":innovating the guarantee mechanism of"internet plus education"in rural schools;improve rural teachers’life care and professional development network service system;establish a training guarantee system that attaches importance to the characteristics of rural teachers;establish a big data-based evaluation and incentive system for rural teachers.
