摘要
芬兰是世界公认的教师教育强国,自70年代开始确立发展“研究取向”教师教育,经过半个世纪的实践探索,逐步形成了较完整的职前和职后教师教育体系。芬兰教师职前教育注重多环节生源质量控制、突出“研究性”的课程内容设计、教学实践强调专业技能与研究能力并重,职后培训主体多元化、培训内容全面多层次发展;芬兰教师教育体系呈现研究与实践相结合、注重教师教育体系的完整与开放、强调终身学习与反思评估等特点;可为新时期我国发展教师教育体系、提升教育质量提供重要的经验借鉴。
Finland is universally acknowledged as a strong country of teacher education.Since 1970s,research-oriented teacher education development has been established.After half a century’s practice exploration,a relatively complete pre-service and post-service teacher education system has been gradually formed.The teacher education in Finland is characterized by the combination of research and practice,attaching importance to the integrity and openness of teacher education system,emphasizing lifelong learning and reflection evaluation and so on.
