摘要
重视和加强基层教学组织建设,全面提升教师教书育人能力,是推动高职院校高质量发展的必然要求。在信息化时代背景下,虚拟教研室的建设是基层教学组织改革的重要探索。在厘清现行高职院校教研室运行现状、充分发掘虚拟教研室与职业教育发展的合点的基础上,积极探索符合当前高职院校现状的虚拟教研室建设路径,形成可复制推广的经验,为今后各高职院校虚拟教研室的大面积推广具有借鉴意义。
It is necessary to attach importance to and strengthen the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations and comprehensively improve teachers’ability to teach and educate people to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.In the context of the information age,the construction of virtual teaching and research offices is an important exploration of the reform of grass-roots teaching organizations.On the basis of clarifying the current operation status of teaching and research offices in higher vocational colleges and fully exploring the integration of virtual teaching and research offices with the development of vocational education,actively explore the construction path of virtual teaching and research offices in line with the current status of higher vocational colleges,and form replicable experience,which has reference significance for the large-scale promotion of virtual teaching and research offices in higher vocational colleges in the future.
