摘要
我国高职院校现有微观教学组织--专业教研室,其组织名称、结构、运行管理模式等,基本上都是沿袭、照搬我国传统的普通本科高校的模式,不适应高等职业教育改革发展的要求。重构我国高职院校的微观教学组织,将专业教研室从一个以知识传授为主要功能的教学组织,转变成为一个对外开放、多元治理、校企合作、产教融合、学做一体,具有现代职业教育内在功能和动力的教学组织。实现高职院校微观教学组织结构与功能及治理的转型与变革。组织重构不仅会逐步破解长期困扰高等职业教育改革发展中的若干难题,而且,也必将为探索推进我国高等职业教育"由参照普通教育办学模式向企业社会参与的类型教育转变",夯实组织基础、提供新的路径。
The existing micro teaching organization of higher vocational colleges in China, the professional teaching and Research Office, its organization name, structure, operation and management mode, basically follow and copy the traditional mode of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in China, which does not meet the requirements of the reform and development of higher vocational education. Reconstruct the micro teaching organization of higher vocational colleges in China, transform the professional teaching and research office from a teaching organization with knowledge imparting as the main function to a teaching organization with opening up,multiple governance, school enterprise cooperation, integration of production and teaching, and integration of learning and doing, which has the internal function and power of modern vocational education. Realize the transformation and reform of the micro teaching organization structure, function and governance in higher vocational colleges. Organizational restructuring will not only gradually solve some problems that have been perplexing the reform and development of higher vocational education for a long time, but also provide a new way to explore and promote the transformation of China’s higher vocational education from the mode of running a school by reference to general education to the type of education in which the enterprise and society participate.
