摘要
随着大数据、云计算等先进技术的蓬勃发展,高校虚拟教研室获得了更加强大的技术保障、更加完善的政策支持以及更加丰富的教研资源与教研平台,但仍存在诸多问题。在此背景下,文章提出了基于虚拟教研室的融合式教学模式,探索新型基层教学组织与教研模式,以满足新商科、新工科等教学理念的要求。一是以加强技术赋能,创新教师线上教科研模式、以学生为中心开展融合式教学模式等促进虚拟教研室的发展;二是实现虚拟教研室资源的共享;三是以构建群体协同教研机制、强化师资保障力量、建立完善的考核体系等构建虚拟教研室建设保障机制。
With the vigorous development of advanced technologies such as Big data and cloud computing,virtual teaching and research offices in colleges and universities have gained more powerful technical support,more perfect policy support,and more abundant teaching and research resources and platforms,but there are still many problems.In this context,the article proposes an integrated teaching model based on virtual teaching and research rooms,exploring new grassroots teaching organizations and teaching and research models to meet the requirements of teaching concepts such as new business and new engineering.One is to promote the development of virtual teaching and research rooms by strengthening technological empowerment,innovating online teaching and research models for teachers,and implementing integrated teaching models centered around students;The second is to achieve the sharing of virtual teaching and research room resources;The third is to build a virtual teaching and research roomconstruction guaranteemechanismby constructing a group collaborative teaching and researchmechanism,strengthening the faculty guarantee force,and establishing a comprehensive assessment system.
