高校医学生全科医学认知调查与教学指导分析 被引量:11

Investigation and Analysis on General Practice Cognition and Teaching Guidance of Medical Students in Colleges and Universities

摘要 目的全面了解高校医学生对全科医学的认知程度、课程评价与职业选择,探索并构建完善的全科医学课程体系,为我国培育出更多、更优质的全科医学人才提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对某大学医学院参加"肿瘤学"课程的122名在校本科生展开调查,其中样本对象主要为大三临床见习学生。结果122名调查对象中,67.21%的学生对全科医学概念理解正确;91.80%的学生对全科医学略有了解,其中45.69%了解来源于浏览网络;70.49%的学生认为医学生有必要学习全科医学课程;38.52%的学生认为在当前医疗环境下培养全科医生非常必要;60.66%的学生职业规划方向尚不确定但有兴趣了解全科医学,职业特性及发展前景是影响学生职业抉择的主要因素。结论目前,高校医学生对全科医学的认知基本清晰,但对我国基层全科医生的需求现状及其专业性的了解不够深切,因此,高校应注重激发学生学习兴趣,建立职业自信,进而引导其未来职业的选择。 Objective To fully understand the cognitive degree,curriculum evaluation and career choice of medical students in colleges and universities,and to explore and construct a perfect curriculum system of general medicine in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate more better quality general medicine talents for our country.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 122 undergraduates who took part in the course of Oncology in Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,among which the main body of the sample was junior clinical trainee students.Results Among the 122 undergraduates,67.21% of the students had a correct understanding of the concept of general medicine;91.80% of the students had a slight understanding of general medicine,45.69% of which were learn from the Internet;70.49% of the students thought that it was necessary for medical students to study general medicine;38.52% of the students thought it was very necessary to train general practitioners in the current medical environment;60.66% of the students were still uncertain about their career planning direction but interested in understanding general medicine.Career characteristics and development prospects were the main factors affecting students’ career choices.Conclusion At present,medical students in colleges and universities have a basically general medical cognition,but they do not have a deep understanding of the needs and professionalism of general practitioners at the grass-roots level in China.Therefore,colleges and universities should focus on stimulating students’ interest in learning,building professional career self-confidence,and then guiding their future career choices.
