摘要
目的:了解广西高校本科生在疫情早期对新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识知晓情况和信念水平,为高校及相关部门对高校本科生进一步开展相应的健康教育提供依据。方法:采用自编"新型冠状病毒肺炎"情况调查表,于2020年1月29日至2020年2月4日,通过网络邀请对广西高校22 531名学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果:广西高校本科生中在知晓6题总得分上,95.3%的本科生属于基本知晓及以上,高达57.7%的本科生处在高知晓程度。广西其它院校本科生及广西医科大学本科生愿意为疫情防治做义务工作的分别为84.0%和89.6%(χ^2=68.697,P<0.001);愿意在防疫期间为保持社会秩序稳定做出贡献的分别为91.1%和92.6%(χ^2=8.008,P=0.005),愿意积极配合政府做好疫情防治工作的分别为94.9%和96.2%(χ^2=9.859,P=0.002);知道如何获得合适的心理援助分别为71.0%和77.5%,而不确定的分别为23.7%和19.1%(χ^2=62.164,P<0.001)。结论:广西高校本科生对新型冠状病毒肺炎普遍认知度高,但广西医科大学本科生相对于其它高校本科生更懂得在疫情中寻求心理援助,也更愿意参加志愿服务。各高校应相应加强对新型冠状病毒肺炎的健康教育并进一步开展心理健康教育。
Objective: To investigate the knowledgeand belief levels of COVID-19 among undergraduates in Guangxi in the early stage of the epidemic, so as to provide a basis for universities and relateddepartments to further carry out health education for undergraduates.Methods: Using the self-designed"COVID-19"questionnaire,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 22,531 students from colleges and universities in Guangxi from Jan. 29 to Feb. 4, 2020.Results:Among the undergraduates in colleges and universities in Guangxi,95.3% of the undergraduates had basic knowledgeor above, and up to 57.7% of the undergraduates were in a high degree of knowledgeamong the total scores of 6 questions. In other colleges and universities on Guangxi and Guangxi Medical University,84.0% and 89.6%(χ^2=68.697, P<0.001) of undergraduates were willing to do voluntary work for epidemic prevention;91.1% and 92.6%(χ^2=8.008, P=0.005) were willing to contribute to the maintenance of social order and stability during the epidemic prevention period;94.9% and 96.2%(χ^2=9.859, P=0.002) were willing to actively cooperate with the government in the prevention of the epidemic;knowing how to obtainappropriate psychological assistance were 71.0% and 77.5%;while those who were uncertain were 23.7%and 19.1%(χ^2=62.164, P<0.001).Conclusion: Undergraduates in Guangxi generally have a high knowledgeof COVID-19. Compared with undergraduates in other universities, undergraduates at Guangxi Medical University know better aboutseeking psychological assistance during the epidemic period and are more willing to participate in voluntary service. Colleges and universities should strengthen the health education onCOVID-19 and further develop mental health education.
