摘要
为加快社区卫生服务发展,改革卫生服务体系,促进卫生资源下沉,国家做出了"发展和培养全科医生"的重要决策。发展全科医学教育,培养高素质全科医学人才,同样也是我国医药卫生体制改革与发展的迫切需要。因此,积极探索并构建"德育为先导、素质教育为主线、能力培养为核心、岗位实用为重点"的全科医学课程体系,建设"一个平台、二种模块、三个阶段、四种能力"的人才培养模式,从而提高人才培养质量,培养能够"下得去、留得住、用得上"的社区和基层全科医学人才。
In order to speed up the development of community health services,reform the health service system and promote the subsidence of health resources,the state has made an important decision on the development and training of general practitioners. The development of general practice education and the training of high-quality general practice talents are also the urgent needs of the reform and development of the medical and health care system in china. Therefore,Actively exploring and constructing the general medical curriculum system of ＂ moral education as a guide,quality education as the main line,ability training as the core,position practical as the focus＂. Constructing talent training model of ＂ one platform,two modules,three stages and four kinds of abilities. ＂ The purpose is to improve the quality of talent training and to cultivate community and grass-roots general medical talents who can ＂ get down,stay and can be used＂.
