摘要
目的探索体验式教学法在住院医师规范化培养中的最佳模式,为将来体验式教学的全面开展提供理论依据。方法对2018年进入感染科进行规范化培训的住院医师采用角色互换的带教方法将体验式教学理念贯穿于教学实践中。住院医师入科后先进行入科培训,然后由带教老师按照住院医师规范化培训教学大纲要求制定出若干"论题"分配给住培医师,每位住培医师查阅临床资料和相关文献,通过角色互换进行教学查房,实践后对住培医师进行相关的考核。结果住院医师的临床操作能力及医患沟通能力及知识掌握程度有了一个明显的提升。结论体验式教学能够有效激发住院医师的主观能动性的发挥,促进教学活动向着更加有效、深入和富有个性的方向发展。
Objective To explore the best mode of experiential teaching in the Residency Standardized Training,and to provide some theories and practical experiences for the application of experiential teaching in Residency Standardized Training.Methods In 2018,the residents who entered the department of infectious diseases for standardized training were taught by role exchange,and the experiential teaching concept that the perceptual body runs through the teaching practice.Residents were trained after entering the department,and then resident training doctors were assigned to develop several "topics" according to the requirements of resident standardized training syllabus.Each resident training doctor could refer to clinical data and relevant literature,conduct teaching and learning rounds through role exchange,and resident training doctors were assessed after implementation.Results Residents’ clinical operation ability,doctorpatient communication ability and knowledge mastery had an obvious Improve.Conclusion Experiential teaching can effectively stimulate the subjective initiative of residents and promote the teaching activities toward more effective,in-depth and personality-oriented.
