摘要 目的:研究《护理学基础》综合实验教学的应用及其效果。方法:以我院2017级护理1、2班为研究对象,抽取80人组成实验组,82人组成对照组。对照组采用复习性的实验教学,实验组采用综合设计性实验教学。实验结束后通过问卷调查、访谈对教学效果进行评价。结果:实验组和对照组在提高学习兴趣、促进知识与技能的融会贯通、解决问题、团队协作、课程满意度差异上有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组学生对综合实验教学效果评价好。结论:《护理学基础》综合实验教学的应用能够提高学生的临床思维能力和临床实践能力。 Objective:To study the application and effect of comprehensive experimental teaching in basic Nursing.Methods:80 patients were selected as the experimental group and 82 as the control group,taking Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 2017 nursing in our hospital as the research object.The control group adopted the experiment teaching of repetition habit,while the experimental group adopted the comprehensive design experiment teaching.After the experiment,the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and interview.Results:there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in improving interest in learning,promoting the integration of knowledge and skills,solving problems,teamwork and curriculum satisfaction(P< 0.05).The teaching effect is evaluated well.Conclusion:The application of comprehensive experimental teaching in basic nursing can improve students’ clinical thinking ability and clinical practice ability.
