摘要
目的:探讨基于PBL教学法的床旁教学模式在妇产科见习课教学中的效果。方法:将120名在我院参加妇产科临床见习的医学生随机分为2组,实验组进行基于PBL教学法的床旁教学模式,对照组进行单纯床旁教学的见习带教,通过闭卷考核和带教教师面试的方式,对2组学生的教学质量进行评估。结果:实验组学生闭卷考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05);面试考核中,在学生互动能力、临床实践能力、沟通能力方面,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于PBL教学法的床旁教学模式有助于提高妇产科见习教学效果,值得深入探讨和推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of bedside teaching model based on problem-based learning(PBL)method in probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:120 undergraduates who participated in the clinical probation of obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into two groups.The bedside teaching model based on PBL method teaching and bedside teaching were taught in experimental group and control group respectively.The teaching effect was evaluate through the closed book examination and interview by teachers.Results:The students in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in examinations(P<0.05).In the interview,the students in the experimental group were superior to the control group in the interactive ability,clinical practice ability(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bedside model based on PBL teaching method can improve the probation teaching effects of obstetrics and gynecology,thus is worth further exploration and extensive application.
