摘要 目的探讨高职护理基础护理技能实训教学设计的方法及效果。方法采取便利取样方法,选择2006级护理专业3班为试验组(n=56),选择2006级护理专业4班为对照组(n=56)。试验组通过基础护理技能实训情境设置,运用任务驱动法、角色扮演法实施教学;对照组采用传统教学方法。结果试验组基础护理技能实训成绩及对教学效果满意度均高于对照组,实习医院对试验组满意率高于对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论在高职护理教育中,开展以提升就业为导向、基于工作过程的基础护理实训教育,有利于高技能、实用型护理人员的培养。 Objective To discuss the teaching design method and implementation effect of basic nursing skills training in vocational nursing education.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 112 nursing students enrolling in 2006,and the students were divided into experimental group(n=56) and control group(n=56) according to their classes.In the experimental group,the basic nursing skills training situation,task-driven and role-playing methods were applied.The control group received traditional teaching methods.Results The experimental group was higher in training results and the students' satisfaction on teaching effect than the control group(P〈0.05).The teaching hospitals' satisfaction on the experimental group was higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Higher vocational nursing education should be employment-oriented,and the teachers should teach the students based on hospital needs and develop work process-oriented basic nursing skills training education,in order to train nursing talents with high professional skills.
