摘要
针对EBZ160型掘进机截割部在使用过程中存在的问题,对其进行了优化改进,通过增加外部密封件、改进浮动密封座腔及内喷雾装置、优化外喷雾装置以及增加集中润滑系统等,有效提高了截割部的使用寿命,不仅达到了预期的效果,而且提升了掘进作业的效率,实现了巷道掘进的安全高效进行。
In view of the problems existing in the cutting part of EBZ160 roadheader,the cutting part of EBZ160 roadheader is optimized and improved.by adding external seals,improving floating sealing cavity and internal spray device,optimizing external spray device and increasing centralized lubrication system,the service life of cutting part is effectively improved,which not only achieves the expected effect,but also improves the heading.The efficiency of the operation realizes the safe and efficient driving of the roadway.
